Making healthy choices can sometimes be really, really hard. When you’re at a party surrounded by friends, a beer or sugary cocktail often sounds WAY more appealing than a class of seltzer water. When you get a serious sugar craving, a bowl of fruit salad sounds downright cruel when compared with a gigantic chocolate chip cookie or a decadent piece of cake. When you’re completely exhausted  at the end of a long work day, a nap sounds much more enticing than an intense trip to the gym.
