Let’s get real: burnout is the air we breathe in Millennial culture. We’ve got debt up to our eyeballs, we’re working a full-time job plus driving Uber on the side, we’ve Konmari-ing our homes, and desperately trying to keep our social media presence pristine. It’s no wonder adulting feels like an uphill slog.
