Hours. As much time as humanly possible. Cats all day every day.
I like to spend a good chunk of time with my cat each day. Maybe 30 minutes.
I want a cat that will hang out with me no matter what I’m doing, even if I don’t dedicate time to them specifically.
I don’t have a ton of time to dedicate to my cat, but there’s a lot happening in my house and I’d be happiest if my cat can thrive on that stimulation.
I don’t have consistent time to spend with my cat, so I’d like a cat that can be happy on their own but is willing to put in long cuddle sessions.

I LOVE a talkative cat.
I’d like a cat that makes adorable noises but isn’t always yowling at me.
I’d rather have a quiet animal.
I’m fine with a cat that makes noise, but I’m not the type to have conversations with my cat.

This is why I want a cat. That’s hilarious.
After the 100th time it might be a little frustrating, but I can’t get mad. It’s too cute.
I can tolerate that about once before it goes from endearing to obnoxious.
No thank you. I want a cat that won’t destroy my house.

I definitely want to be able to pick up my cat and carry them around.
I like playing physically with my cat, whether with toys or by getting on the floor with them and playing.
I generally am not too physical with my cat, but I do get enthusiastic with pets.
I understand that cats have boundaries, and I will not push those boundaries.
No, I’m willing to give my cat space. That’s why I have a cat not a dog.

I love a cat that is always in my business. I need a “helper”.
I like a cat that always wants attention and playtime.
I like a mix. I don’t want to have to chase my cat around to get attention, but I can’t stand being constantly interrupted by a fuzzy butt.
I’d like a cat that’s happy to watch and sit back rather than demanding attention.
I want to choose when I interact with my cat and have them accept that.

I’m probably crying in pain because my cat would freak out and claw me.
With great confusion.
I would find it hilarious. I don’t imagine my cat would like it too much though.
This would never happen.

I want a companion who will bond with me.
I want an animal to play with, that will make me laugh.
I want a cuddle bug.
I want an animal that will be sweet and loving without a lot of work on my part.
I think cats are the cutest.

Sure! I’ll add shelves and cat trees and a cat porch…
I’d make some adjustments, like giving them some perches, but this is a human house not a cat house.
I got them a litter box.
They’d get a nice cat bed somewhere.
I don’t want to go overboard, but I also recognize that cats need some places to climb and hide.
